• Studio hours 9am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
• Payment terms: Payment is required on order.
• On jobs that are more time sensitive a deposit will •
• be required on appointment with the balance due on
• approval.
• Payments can be made by credit or debit card
• or paypal. Payments can also be made by Bank
• Transfer/Bacs/Standing order but proof of payment
• must be shown prior to the job being started.
• We no longer accept cheques as form of payment.
• All jobs must be checked thoroughly by yourselves
• as part of client sign off. No responsibility will be
• taken by Bighorse Design Ltd for mistakes not
• corrected at this point.
